• Volunteer commitment: Radyo Kapwa broadcasts every Wednesday of the month from 2-3pm. Target promotion and pre-release teasers are on every Monday of the month. Envisioned number of hours per week: 5

• Responsibilities:

  • Assist with scheduling and calendar management

    • Ensure weekly meeting (touch-base)

    • Preparation of agenda (Meeting minutes)

  • Handle correspondence and email communication

  • Assist digital file management in Google Drive

  • Support with general administrative tasks

      • Organize and catalog music, news, show segments, and host details from past episodes

      • Organize and catalog music to playlists to ensure artists’ recognition 

    • General Admin Coordination: 

      • Facilitate data overview between Departments
